Receipt of a letter of appreciation from JAXA

In December 2019, we delivered a 3D printer (DED: Directed Energy Deposition System) manufactured by RPM Innovation of the United States to JAXA for the development and manufacture of engines for the H3 rocket. (Delivery location: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries)
After the introduction of the system, JAXA and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries proceeded with the development of the H3 rocket, and finally succeeded in launching it in February 2024. In response to this success, the development and manufacture of engine parts using this equipment delivered by our company has reduced weight. JAXA presented us with a certificate of appreciation for our significant contribution to cost reduction, and an award ceremony was held on May 8.

HTL was introduced on TV

We HTL exhibited at SPEXA, an exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight on April 24~26, which was the first exhibition held in Japan under the title of "an exhibition where all things space business gathers." We exhibited a wide range of sample products printed with metal 3D printers, from rocket parts larger than 1 meter to super-micro fine parts of several millimeters. Among them, we were interviewed by Fuji TV's "Sunday News THE PRIME" and was introduced in the same program on TV. In particular, metal 3D printer was introduced from the viewpoint that it is a very suitable process for trial-and-error development because it can be made from data in a short period of time.

Exhibition: SPEXA JAPAN 2024 -Space Business Exhibition-

We made a lecture at the SPEXA exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight on April 26.
The theme was "What are metal 3D printers good at?", and we explained the mechanism and characteristics of the process, focusing on specific application examples in the aerospace field.
Thanks to everyone, it was a great success with a large number of people attending.

Acquired ISO9001 Certfication
On December 10, 2013, the System Integration division of HTL Co. Japan Ltd. acquired ISO 9001 certification which is an international standard of quality management.
This certification applies to software product design, development and its delivery as well as maintenance services of the software products.
It can also be said to be a proof of the quality assurance system of our company in the software development. In future, we aim to improve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in quality management system by following this standard, law and regulations.
