Jul 2025: FIRST DIONE-CIS PHOTOMASK INSPECTION SYSTEM SUCCESSFULLY ACCEPTED IN USA
DIONE-CIS successfully accepted by Major Merchant Mask shop and introduced into mass production in USA.
This is the first system delivered in USA.
*DIONE-CIS is state of art defect inspection system for Die to Die, Die to Data base, Concurrent inspection of LSI Photomask.
Oct 2024: HTL has received an order from an Asian photomask manufacturer for one Advanced Gemini system, the latest flat panel display (FPD) photomask Automatic Optical Inspection system.
The Advanced Gemini system uses the latest high-speed image processing to provide high-speed, high-precision visual inspection.
We continue to provide products that meet customer demand in the future.
Oct 2024: HTL has received an order from an Asian photomask manufacturer for the Draco FIB (Focused Ion Beam) repair system for flat panel displays (FPD).
Draco achieves high-speed and high-accuracy defect repair (both deposition and etching) in a chamber-less environment with a differential exhaust system.
We will continue to provide products that meet our customers' needs in the future.
May 2024: HTL received an order for Visual Inspection Equipment for semiconductor photomask Dione2323-CIS from a Japanese semiconductor photomask manufacturer.
With its unique inspection optical system and the latest data processing technology, this system can further improve the quality and speed of our customer's inspection environments.
In addition, the space-saving design allows it to be used in a variety of situations, from existing production lines to new lines.

This system is equipped with a laser-optimized for short defect correction, enabling high-quality defect correction.

This tool can measure CD (microscopic dimensions) with a maximum mask size of 1400x1600mm with high precision.

Apr 2022: HTL has received a purchase order for an FIB mask repair system, “Draco”, from a major photomask maker in Asia who will use the tool for its advanced OLED application.
The tool is the latest model that has been designed for state-of-the-art OLED application including halftone and OPC technology and capable for repairing very fine patterns.
Draco uses the Spot Vacuum technology to get rid of the conventional huge vacuum chamber for 40% smaller space requirement in the clean room.

Equipped with high-performance ZAP and CVD functions, it also supports defect correction of halftone masks.
Nov 2021: HTL launched the CIS (Compact Inspection System) defect inspection system for semiconductor photomasks, and received an order for the first tool from an Asian semiconductor photomask manufacturer.

Oct 2020: HTL has received an order from a major manufacturer in Japan for Aconity3D (Germany), a laser metal 3D printer,AconityONE. Maximum printable size of AconityONE is φ400mm×H400mm and equipped with 4 lasers and preheating RT~1000 ℃ is possible.
AconityONE is a user-friendly machine, with open architecture,for both mass production and R＆D.
AconityONE is expected to be delivered on March 2021.
Sep 2020: HTL has received an order from a burring processing manufacturer for Aconity3D (Germany), a laser metal 3D printer, AconityMINI.
AconityMINI is equipped with preheating RT ~ 800 ℃ function which is expected to have the effect of reducing the residual stress of the printed components and completely eliminating the formation of cracks.
The optimization of preheating significantly increases dimensional accuracy and accuracy of shape when printing components.
AconityMINI will be delivered early next year.

This thermal ALD system can be upgraded to a Plasma Enhanced ALD system.
It is scheduled to ship autumn of this year.

Oct 2019: HTL has received a Purchase Order from a major Semiconductor company for SAM 300 WAFER AUTOMATION SYSTEM made by PVA TePla Analytical Systems Germany.
High performance & quality was major factor for selection by customer.
Delivery is expected to be in 2020.
Aug 2019: HTL has received an order for Arradiance’s GEMStar XT-SR(Thermal ALD upgradeable to PEALD ) from one of major University in Kansai Area. It is scheduled to ship autumn of this year.
May 2019: HTL has received an order for Arradiance’s GEMStar XT-DP (Plasma ALD System) from two of major companies in Japan. It is scheduled to ship summer of the this year.
March 2019: HTL has received an order for RPMI’s 535XR (Laser Deposition Type of 3D Printer) from major company in Japan. Format size：1.5m x 0.9m x 1.5m Machine delivery is expected to be November,2019 then first shipment in Japan.
March 2019: HTL has received orders for V-Technology's G8.5 for Mask Inspection System「Gemini」, Total Pitch Measurement System「Mercury」, CD Measurement System「Venus」 and Laser CVD Repair System「Sculptor」 from a major mask shop. Shipment will be from fall of 2019.

November 2018: HTL has received an order for a V-Technology's Gemini (G8.5/Mask Inspection System) from one of the major mask shops. It is scheduled to ship fall of next year.
October 2018: HTL has received an order for Arradiance’s GEMStar XT-DP (Plasma ALD System) from one of major Chemical manufacturer in Korea. It is scheduled to ship spring of the next year.

September 2017: HTL has received an order for a Sculptor, large size mask repair system, from one of the major mask shops. The tool will ship to one of the world-wide operations of the mask shop.
August 2017: HTL recently received an order for an LSI mask repair system, Sculptor series by V-Technology from a major mask shop. The tool will ship to one of the worldwide operations of the customer.
July 2017: HTL has received Purchase Order from Korean customer for G10.5/G11 Photomask Repair System“Sculptor 1820”made by V-Technology on July 31, 2017.
Recently there is high demand for G10.5/G11 photomask production systems, Gemini (Mask Inspection), Mercury (Registration), Venus (CD Measurement), Aquarius (Blanks Inspection) and Sculptor (Repair).
March 2017: HTL installed the CNI v2.0 compact desktop nanoimprint tool of NIL Technology ApS (Denmark) at Waseda University's Nanotechnology Research Center.　(NTRC: Waseda Tsurumaki Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo Japan)
February 2017: We received an order from the domestic major customer for atomic layer deposition equipment (ALD) with plasma manufactured by Arradiance, USA.

December 2016: We received an order for German envisionTEC’s Dental 3D Printer (Perfactory Vida model) from Hoshino Dental Komazawa Clinic. In the dental industry, the introduction of digitized equipment (intraoral Scanner, introduction of CAD / CAM systems, etc.) is expected to rapidly progress.
Hoshino Dental Komazawa Clinic is actively advancing the introduction of "People-friendly treatment" which introduced 3D Printer etc. before others and does not use gypsum model etc.
(This introduction model is Perfactory Vida model.)
