HTL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in India.

HTL Co. Japan Ltd., along with its Indian subsidiary HTL India Pvt. Ltd., signed a strategic MoU with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), India, to advance collaboration in State-of-the-art semiconductor, flat panel display, and 3D additive manufacturing equipment and other high technology areas including skill development, student training, and placement of the graduated students.

The strategic signing ceremony was graced by Dr. Narayana Sabhahit, ProVC (Technology & Science), MAHE, Dr. P. Giridhar Kini, Registrar, MAHE, Cdr (Dr) Anil Rana, Director, MIT Manipal, Dr. Harish Kumar, Corporate Relations, MAHE, Mr. Achintya Acharya, President, HTL Japan, Dr. Atma Ram Gupta, CTO, HTL Japan & India, Dr. Sanjay Acharya, Director, HTL India along with others. This partnership marks a significant step in fostering industry-academia synergy to build next-gen talent in high-tech domains.

HTL Signs a Milestone MoU Partnership Agreement with DUK DIGITAL UNIVERSITY & Digital SCIENCE PARK, India on 9th Feb 2024

The Partnership covers Semiconductors Hardware and Software collaboration for the Digital University Kerala (DUK) including major Academia-Industry collaboration like Internship and related placements in India and Japan.

This partnership Agreement covers Semiconductor Equipment’s, Mask Development, FPD Technology, 3D Printers including related Chip Development for DUK University Science park, India.

DUK University Science park, India project inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. HTL Japan and India shall be supporting Technology from Japan and closely working with Semiconductor Hub of DUK to achieve the Semiconductor Vision of Indian PM Modi.

HTL is proud to have signed MoU agreement directly with the KERALA STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIA on 21st Aug 2024.

This Mou is the first of this kind in India signing with a State Government KSIDC under the Make In India.

We had discussion rounds / travel on the same with the Kerala Government Ministry and Ministry finally approved to collaborate with the HTL. MoU agreement with the Kerala Government covers the collaboration for the development the Semiconductor Plants, Hardware, Software & also Semiconductor skilled Resourcing Ecosystem in the state of Kerala. Kerala State, India shall be the next hub for the Semiconductors in India.

This is also an approval of HTL Expertise in the Semiconductor Domain and this shall also help our Marketing team to market our products to the Kerala / Indian government offices & Globally for the Sales of our Semiconductor Equipments - Hardware and Software.

HTL HAS COMPLETED & SIGNED THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE FROM TWO(2) MAJOR FPD MASK SHOP FOR HALF TONE REPAIR BY V-TECHNOLOGY SCULPTOR G10/G8 MASK REPAIR FOR USE IN PRODUCTION.
HTL & V-Technology is pleased to announce that SCULPTOR repair system has successfully cleared the acceptance from major Korean & China mask shops for the state of art Half tone repair(ZAP & Half tone CVD),for production of LCD & OLED large masks.
This proves the advanced technology capability of V-Technology & HTL’s combined hardware & software technology combined which was developed for SCULPTOR for more than three years, & the tremendous confidence which our customers trusted in our capability for Half tone production. We believe that this capability will enable to further contribute to our FPD mask shop customers & to the FPD industry of LED,OLED & even more advanced display masks into the future.

HTL became domestic agency of Xenon nuclide detector of SCIENTA SAUNA SYSTEMS (SAUNA: Uppsala, Sweden).
The SAUNA detector is a nuclear test monitoring device accredited by the CTBTO (Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization).
